Our team immediately contacts the relevant after-sales technical experts to offer a solution. If the issue can’t be resolved remotely, we coordinate with our local partners to provide on-site support.
- Once our engineers report that the problem is solved, customer service follows up to ensure there are no further questions and gathers feedback on our service team. Customer feedback is the only metric we use to evaluate our after-sales team.
