- At our customer service center, once we receive a complaint, suggestion, or any issue from a client, we guarantee a response within 5 minutes during working hours. Our team immediately contacts the relevant after-sales technical experts to offer a solution. If the issue can’t be resolved remotely, we coordinate with our local partners to provide on-site support.
- Once our engineers report that the problem is solved, customer service follows up to ensure there are no further questions and gathers feedback on our service team. Customer feedback is the only metric we use to evaluate our after-sales team.
- We believe the key is looking at things from the customer’s perspective and resolving problems quickly to minimize any downtime and losses.

Haden was founded in 1996 in Beijing, with a core team originating from the renowned “Beijing Forging Machinery Factory.”
The company specialized in forging machinery and quickly established itself as a leader in the industry.
In 2008, Haden’s operations relocated to Liaoning, expanding its production capabilities and adapting to the evolving market.
By 2016, the company returned to its roots, moving back to Jiangsu, where it continues to innovate and produce high-quality metal processing equipment.
